Two thousand and one people who do not exist. Each one is a token. Sit them at a desk and they earn you real tokenized stock, slowly, while they burn out. Or do their job for them. Clear the inbox, reconcile the payroll, until they are worth sitting down.
Everything they learn is stamped into the token. Sell the person, and the buyer gets the training too.
Nobody at this firm is real. The payroll is.
A person arrives with nothing. No productivity, no focus, no standing, no seniority. Just a blank record and a number. What they become is entirely a function of what you put them through.
There are three things a person can be doing at any moment, and only three. They can be at a desk, earning tokenized stock and accruing the one thing money cannot buy, seniority, while quietly burning out. They can be on assignment, earning nothing at all while their skills climb. Or they can be resting, which pays nothing and teaches nothing but is the only way to undo the other two.
Because the three are mutually exclusive, training always costs you income. That is the entire game. A person who only ever works earns steadily and stays mediocre forever. A person who only ever trains is magnificent and broke.
Seniority is measured in seconds actually served. It cannot be bought, fast tracked, gifted or rushed, and it gates every promotion. An old employee will always beat a rich one.
Pays in AAPL. The most crowded floor in the building. The seats are comfortable and nobody leaves.
Pays in NVDA. Burnout accrues faster here than anywhere else, and the pay makes up for it.
Pays in AMZN. Rapport counts double on this floor. Nobody works the warehouse alone.
Pays in GOOGL. Long assignments, deep focus, and performance reviews nobody understands.
Pays in MSFT. The inbox never empties. Productivity climbs faster here than it should.
Pays in TSLA. Shifts run long, the taper is brutal, and the ceiling is the highest on record.
One badge is one person. Hiring mints the record and opens a wallet that belongs to the badge itself, not to you. Sell the person and the wallet goes with them.
Clocking in means you do the work yourself. You will answer the mail and reconcile the payroll sheet on their behalf.
Your person earns nothing while you do it. What they get instead is skill, and skill is a multiplier on every payday after this one. A trained person sat at a desk earns more, permanently, and the training is stamped into the token.
